The participation fee can be paid:

For online payments, the participation fee can be paid directly through the registration form using a bank card. Payment confirmation will be sent automatically.

IMPORTANT NOTES
The participation fee, as a donation, is non-refundable, even if the registered person does not attend the event.
Participants wishing to switch to a different race can do so for free by sending an email request to office@maratonulnisipului.ro by May 1, 2025. Any changes made after this date will incur an additional fee of 50 RON.
In cases of force majeure, participants must provide acceptable documentation to the organizers to request a free change.
If switching from a longer race to a shorter one, the fee difference will not be refunded. No changes will be allowed after the registration period closes.
Participation kits will not be sent via courier in case of non-attendance.

DESCRIPTION
The route has a moderate to high difficulty level – it requires experience in running on sand.
Time limit: 6 hours. Participants crossing the finish line after 6 hours will appear in the results as DNF (Did Not Finish).
The course starts under the metal arch at Zoom Beach. After starting, runners will head north along the seashore, following the marked route in a 7 km loop to Reyna Beach and back to Zoom Beach. They will then continue toward Neversea Beach and return to Zoom Beach, completing a total of 6 full loops.
Hydration Points
Hydration stations will be located at the start/finish area at Zoom Beach and at km 7.5 (Reyna Beach).
Control Points
Control points will be positioned at every major directional change to monitor participants’ progress using their bib numbers and to assist runners with orientation.
In case of abandonment or disqualification, participants must return to the finish line on their own responsibility (except in the case of injuries).
